1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd34 ("bd34", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the bd34 website at https://bd34.club and any associated mobile interfaces, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the bd34 platform. Continued use of bd34 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. bd34 will indicate the effective date of the most recent revision at the top of this document.

These Terms apply to all users of the bd34 platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered players who deposit and participate in games or sports betting. These Terms should be read together with the bd34 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bd34.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bd34 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bd34 does not permit players under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any games or betting activities under any circumstances.
• You are accessing bd34 voluntarily and on your own initiative, and you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering your bd34 account.

bd34 conducts age verification as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. bd34 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Where a player is found to be under 18, bd34 will suspend the account immediately, void all gameplay, and return any remaining deposits minus any amounts already won or awarded as bonuses.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services available on bd34, including deposits, withdrawals, game play, and sports betting, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on bd34. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your bd34 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, current address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in your name. bd34 uses this information for identity verification, account security, and responsible gaming purposes. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until documentation is received and verified. bd34 processes KYC documentation within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bd34 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers through Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The following financial conditions apply to all player accounts on bd34:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bd34, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• bd34 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned or forfeited in accordance with bd34's anti-money-laundering procedures.
• bd34 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which bd34 accepts no responsibility.

All financial transactions conducted through bd34 are recorded and may be reviewed as part of routine compliance monitoring. bd34 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where the transaction is flagged by our fraud prevention systems.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bd34 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion in addition to these general Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bd34 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting the wagering requirement.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless bd34 explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• bd34 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only. Players who have activated responsible gaming deposit limits or self-exclusion tools may not be eligible for certain promotions.
• bd34 reserves the right to cap the maximum winnings derived from bonus funds where stated in the specific promotion's terms.

Players who are found to have exploited bonuses through the creation of multiple accounts, the use of coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of abuse will have their accounts suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

6 Prohibited Conduct

Players using the bd34 platform are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on bd34, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Using the bd34 platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or other gambling restriction.
• Attempting to access bd34 systems using automated tools, bots, scrapers, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability in the bd34 platform. Players who discover any such issue must report it to [email protected] immediately and must not exploit it for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or bd34 employees to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or use of insider information in connection with sports betting on bd34.
• Using the bd34 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bd34 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the bd34 software or platform infrastructure.

bd34 employs real-time fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems. Any suspicious activity will be flagged for manual review by our compliance team. bd34's determination of what constitutes prohibited conduct is final and binding.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bd34 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected by bd34's compliance systems.
• Receipt of a chargeback request from a payment provider in connection with the player's account.
• Reasonable belief that the player's account has been compromised or is being accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• A request from a regulatory, law enforcement, or financial authority requiring bd34 to restrict access to the account.
• The player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure submitted via [email protected].

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bd34 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including both cash and bonus funds. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or for non-breach administrative reasons, any verified cash balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bd34 account should contact [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". bd34 will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days. During the processing period, the player should refrain from making further deposits.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd34 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bd34 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where bd34's security systems were not at fault.
• Interruptions to the availability of the bd34 platform due to technical maintenance, network failures, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that bd34 rectifies upon discovery in accordance with its published correction procedures.
• Losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to implement adequate account security measures, including use of a strong password and protection of login credentials.
• Decisions made by a player in reliance on any promotional or informational content published on bd34, where such content contained a typographical or publishing error subsequently corrected by bd34.

The bd34 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bd34 makes every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors at all times.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by internationally recognised principles of commercial law.
